Popular theatres in Chennai like Kamala Theatre, Rohini Theatre screened the Announcement video as a ticketed screening and the theatres were packed with fans across all ages waiting to see their favorite star on Big Screen for a few seconds.

Announcement was not a poster or a simple video shot in a Studio as it was a high budget shoot starring Anirudh, Nelson and Rajinikanth engaged in a fight sequence with cars flying, guns blazing and bombs exploding.

Anirudh's hilarious chemistry with Nelson created magic on screen once again as the video starts with their banter discussing their next big project ending with Rajinikanth storming the farmhouse chasing goons. Just like that, they get their next big Blockbuster idea.
