Santhosh, who plays the young Aditha Karikala Cholan in Ponniyin Selvan 2, grabbed eye balls for his memorable adaptation of the young prince. Though it has been 2 years since the release of Ponniyin Selvan, Santhosh laid low starring in one independant single and big-ticket brand endorsements with 7UP and Bru. However, the actor kept himself active on Instagram, engaging with his fans with his signature caption quips.

The family background of Santhosh is unknown as the actor is tightlipped about his whereabouts. However, the actor may have a string connected to Kollywood's film fraternity as Khushboo Sundar often lovingly comments on his posts and addresses him as her son. The same veteran has chosen to offer Santhosh his own debut film as a lead in her production house, Avni Movies.

Double Occupancy Film - Press Meet

Double Occupancy, a fantasy rom-com featuring Santhosh, Katchi sera fame Samyuktha Viswanathan, Reshma Venkatesh and Vinoth Kishan will be hitting the screens from June 12th.

While thanking his co-stars and director Aswin in the press meet, he added a special mention to Anandita Sundar, the Creative Producer of Avni Movies as his childhood friend who always supported his dreams. The actor mentioned that he is grateful to have bagged a fun script as it also gave him an opportunity to become a certified bartender as he went through formal training to play the role in the film.
